Before you post

  • Update to the latest version (currently 1.4.0).
  • Include your WordPress and PHP versions, and whether the site is multisite.
  • Copy the exact message SmartUsername showed, if any.
  • Never post passwords or real usernames of administrator accounts in the public forum.

Report a security issue

Please do not post security problems in the public forum. Email them privately to security@smartusername.com with the steps to reproduce. Confirmed issues are fixed in a new release, with credit in the changelog if you want it.
